To allow your customers to pay in-store, there are three alternatives, all using a QR code. In the merchant management platform, you can download the QR code that best suits your business needs. Keep in mind that to modify the QR code option, you will need to replace the printed QR codes in your location. The options are:

Fixed QR

This QR code model requires the cashier to create the order. Once the order is created, the user can scan the code and will see the order with the amount already specified. It offers the fastest payment experience for the user, as they can complete the payment process simply by scanning, selecting "pay," and approving the transaction in their crypto wallet.

By scanning this QR code, the user will be directed to pagar.simplefi.tech/<your_business>, where the page will search for the latest order in "pending" status.

If there is no order in a pending status, this screen will be displayed:

Dynamic QR

This model applies when the merchant has a mechanism to print or display a different QR code for each order. It also requires the cashier to create the order, but the QR code is generated and shown to the user at the time of creation. This option is useful for businesses that have a point-of-sale system with a customer-facing screen (e.g., Bistrosoft) or can print a QR code on a receipt.

The advantage of this option is that it supports multiple pending payment orders simultaneously, preventing potential conflicts if several users want to pay at the same time.

Free amount QR

This option allows users to scan and enter the amount they wish to pay. It does not require the cashier to create an order, making it ideal when the cashier does not have access to a system for creating orders.
